Our team has a reputation for designing and building unique projects to a very high standard. The G Living team brings many years of experience to every project, combining architectural expertise and innovation with the pragmatic aspects of design and building excellence.
Gianpaolo and Tim have been involved with some of Perth’s most prestigious and awarded custom built projects including 2011 WA Home of the Year, 2012 Australian Home Renovation of the Year, and multiple HIA, Greensmart and MBA awards.
It is our firm belief that undertaking both the architecture and construction of each project ensures that we continue to strive for the best design and building practices which ultimately benefits our projects.
Gianpaolo Crugnale
Gianpaolo Crugnale is an architect and builder with numerous awards for his projects. Having a reputation for designing homes that are unique, he draws on both the client’s and architect’s imaginations to create something that is truly unique and personal to the site.
Tim Gordon
Tim Gordon is a builder and supervises the construction of each house, working closely with Gianpaolo and our team to ensure that the construction comes together from the start to meet its design intent and project’s expectations.
